IRB 2600ID industrial robot saves space and increases production capacity in arc welding, material handling and loading and unloading applications. The machine adopts integrated matching (ID) technology and enlarges the scope of work. The time of arc welding rhythm can be shortened by up to 15% and the cost of area can be reduced by 75%. IRB 2600ID has two types of aircraft: 15 kg of load, 1.85 m of arrival distance, 8 kg of load and 2.0 m of arrival distance.
IRB 2600ID can significantly shorten the beat time and enhance the reliability of production. All pipelines are firm and their motion is easy to predict, so that programming and simulation can truly reflect the running state of the robot system, greatly improving the programming speed and reliability. Because the pipeline swing is very small, the robot can always keep the highest acceleration.
The service life of the pipeline has been greatly prolonged. All pipelines are tightened and protected properly, which not only reduces the swing during operation, but also effectively prevents the erosion of welding spatters and cutting fluids.
IRB 2600ID has compact design, no slack pipeline and very small area, which creates favorable conditions for high density and high productivity operation. In the same production workstation, the number of installations of IRB 2600ID can be increased by 50%, and the maximum capacity can be increased by 50%.
The IRB 2600ID wrist with integrated matching technology is slender and can perform complex movements even in narrow space.
