★ Product quotation

Quotation time For conventional product models, if the company's information is accurate, the quotation time can be controlled within 10 minutes. For individual products that do not have a price and require inquiry from foreign manufacturers, our company can control the quotation time within 3 working days (depending on the quantity of products purchased).
★ Matters related to business contracts
Contract signing
Based on the principles of voluntariness, equality and mutual benefit of both parties, in order to ensure the legality, authenticity and effectiveness of the procurement contract;
Contract Form
The Purchase and Sales Contract is made in duplicate; All contracts of our company are in the same format. In case of different formats, customers need to confirm with the company. Our company will not bear any legal liability for individual illegal merchants who falsely use our contract.
Contract signing
The supplier and the demander shall each hold one copy and must be signed and sealed by representatives of both parties. The demander shall cooperate to complete the contract signing process in accordance with relevant requirements and determine the purchase demand.
Effectiveness of contract
The Purchase and Sales Contract shall be faxed to the Demander after being sealed and confirmed by Party A, and returned to Party A with the special procurement seal of the Demander's company. Both parties shall properly keep the contract. The effective date of the contract is the date on which the payment required by the contract is received.
