[Application characteristics of robot polishing and deburring]
1. Deburring is the removal of material used for photographing metal parts that have burrs, sharp edges, or fins.
The six-axis deburring robot drives the milling cutter to be able to remove the material opening and mold closing line on the surface of the casting flexibly, quickly, and accurately from any angle and position around and above the casting, just like a file held by a human hand. The burr inside the deep hole and the hole that should be penetrated and covered by aluminum sheet can be milled and sorted out.
This type of robot is essentially a dedicated six-axis linkage machining center, but it also has the characteristics of fast and flexible robots, and is a robot processing equipment. The corresponding robot structure and tooling are designed according to different deburring workpiece, and the deburring efficiency of applying this type of robot is 4 to 6 times higher than that of manual work.
